We strongly advocate for equality. And as an established company, we want to use our voice and platform to promote equality and bring it into our services. We strongly believe that being diverse is a means for us to become a better organization and a driver of social change.
In our work and in the industry we operate in, we promote equality in three ways:
Exercising diversity in our own workforce and implementing policies that advocate equality among our workers.
Providing equal opportunities to candidates and learners of different backgrounds.
Supporting advocacies and initiatives intended to enhance equality and diversity in the UK's varied working sectors.
Being in the sectors of recruitment and training puts us at the forefront of providing learning and career opportunities to candidates and learners of different backgrounds. And we are committed in tackling this responsibility.
Throughout the course of our service, we keep track of the outcomes of the candidates and learners we have assisted. We are proud to say that we have a strong representation of candidates and learners from BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic). In fact, in 2017, more than 40% of the candidates we have assisted and placed in work experience were from BAME group. We hope to further increase this percentage as we move forward and continue extending our services to these groups.
Opening our services to BAME groups is just one way of how we demonstrate our commitment to providing equal opportunities to everyone. We also actively participate in initiatives that support and promote fair work development opportunities.
